Beccah Risdall brings her years of management experience in the financial services industry to Willow Brooke Farm and Vineyard. Her dedication to ensuring the hospitality and personal connection is there from the beginning of the process through to the end of the event is her commitment to you. Jaycee Gilbertson, Venue Sales, Event Manager, & Tour Guide

Before stepping into her role as Venue Sales & Event Manager, Jaycee worked as a photography studio manager, designing photo albums, including those for weddings, and helping tell love stories in a new and fun way. She developed a deep appreciation for the thought and detail that goes into planning a wedding and loves being a part of such a special time in people's lives.

Jaycee thrives in a creative environment where she can collaborate, problem-solve, and make each event unique. Seeing our couples and their guests completely satisfied with their experience is what makes this role so rewarding for her.

Eva Mandelkow, Bar & Sales Coordinator

You might not see much of her in person, but you better believe that Eva is behind the scenes making sure the boxes are checked! The many years in this industry in various roles, from a banquet server as a teenager to bartending, then bar management, have given her the experience and dedication she brings to the team.

She will work with you to bring the visions you have for your big day to life! Plan your drink menu, signature drinks, custom wine labels, toasts, and even daytime cocktails while you enjoy getting ready for the big moment.

Travis Simonson, Bar Operations Supervisor

Travis, a Red Wing native, is dedicated to making every wedding celebration unforgettable with his exceptional bartending skills and warm personality. He excels at crafting personalized cocktails and providing top-tier service to ensure your guests enjoy every moment.

From a classic champagne toast to a unique signature drink, Travis brings creativity and attention to detail to every event. His friendly demeanor and professionalism help create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that makes every couple’s big day even more special.
